Job description:

- Experience in handling Internal audit & Assurance for Global Banks.

- Experience in Control testing, Process & Control Review. Design Testing, Operational Risk review.

- Establishing Assurance activities within Treasury Risk providing input, execution and roll out support of a control assurance framework for Treasury risk that provides a common set of standards and definitions

- Support the review and closure of risk and issues relating to Treasury risk arising from Management Self-Identified issues, regulatory requirements, Compliance, Internal Audit, and External Audit and ensuring that these matters are well understood by senior management and addressed on a globally consistent basis

- Should have handled the 2nd & 3rd line of function

Required Candidate profile :

- Exp in Credit risk - Capital (COR001, Leverage ratio, Regulatory capital instruments)

- Exp in control testing & assurance related to Capital (COR001, Leverage ratio, RWA Calculations, Regulatory capital instruments)

- A good understanding of Treasury risk and associated processes

- Proven track record of successful involvement with change management programs and excellent communication skills
