Role : Legal Entity Controller ( Capital Project Reporting)

Location : Bangalore

Qualification : CA with relevant exp in Reporting/ IFRS/ US GAAP

Role Description :

- Analyze and reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to general ledger and ensure appropriate resolution of breaks

- Provide variance analysis and prepare management reporting packs on monthly/quarterly basis

- Track expenditures in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations for significant projects.

- Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.

- Support details required by the tax teams for preparation of tax returns.

- Perform SoX control procedures, Balance Sheet substantiation, etc.
