Description :

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

- Assisting in optimizing the capital positions of the bank holding company, and key banking subsidiaries to ensure they have enough capital to meet regulatory requirements

- Assist in the monthly preparation of capital projections for ALCO and the Balance Sheet Review

- Assist in the preparation of capital plans and stress tests for regulators

- Analyzing the liquidity needs at the bank holding company to ensure it has enough cash to meet its contractual obligations as well as executing its capital actions

- Work with key subsidiaries to return capital to the bank holding company to help fund its liquidity needs and minimize the need to issue debt

- Prepare the monthly cash flow projections and liquidity tests for ALCO and the Balance Sheet Review

Preparation of Capital Management reporting requirements, including but not limited to :

- Balance Sheet Review

- ALCO schedules

- Monthly Holding Company Reporting package

- 10-Q schedules

- Monthly capital ratios

- Basel Reporting
