Key Job Requirements

- Responsible to actively sell transaction services and create cross selling opportunities; generate new work from existing clients, keep seniors apprised of opportunities.

- Responsible to generate ideas for transactions and deal structuring and be aware of key issues in negotiations.

- Provide inputs for Capital Markets business (Land & Corporate Finance) plan and future direction of the Capital Markets practice.

- Maximize profitability of the Capital Markets business through effective management of costs and income.

- Assisting prospective purchasers in identification, evaluation, and purchase of land

- Assisting landowners and corporate in sale of land and building

- Structuring joint ventures between landowners and developers/end users

- Assisting clients in sourcing/ selling Transfer of Development Rights

- Identify new clients and generating a lead.

- Understanding the client's requirements and suggesting land parcels to suit the same.

- Taking the client for an inspection of the shortlisted properties.

- Execute and close deals (the actual lease/ sale of land parcels).

- Handle documentation pertaining to the same.

- Keep abreast of latest developments / commercial properties available in various pockets of Bangalore.

- Candidates from IPC background is mandatory.

Salary offered: 10-18LPA
