Capital India Finance - Finance & Accounts Role - CA

Roles-

- Preparation of financial statements as per Ind AS and various need-based MIS and reporting the same to Management on weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly/ Quarterly basis. Reviewing the profitability & costs & various segment wise reporting.

- Monthly Closure of Books (as per Ind AS) at predefined timelines covering overall month end procedures.

- Preparing / compiling data cuts for submission to lenders;

- Managing compliance for debts of the Company, viz. sending monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly information to the lenders and Tracking of debt covenants;

- Assisting in preparation of yearly budgeted P&L & updating the BOD for variances.

- Ledger Scrutiny to ensure completeness & accuracy for recording of revenue and expenses.

- Assisting in taxation matters of the Company Income tax returns, Replying to the IT dept or any notice/ demand etc. raised against the Company & handling scrutiny assessments & making various submissions for scrutiny assessment.

- Liaising with internal and external auditors and getting the audits done smoothly & within due course of time.

Essential Profile skills :

- Work experience in Ind AS Financial Reporting is a must.

- Sound knowledge of Accounting and Direct and Indirect taxes.

- Work experience in NBFC is essential.

- Expertise in working on Excel spread sheet & power point presentation.
