Position - Roles and Responsibilities :

- Originate and execute Transaction Advisory/ Consulting mandates.

- Preparation and submission of tenders

- Networking with other Consultants /Sector Experts

- Manage client relationships that are sustainable and aligned to business plans and corporate strategies.

- Proactively develop client relationships and look for opportunities for follow-up work with existing clients.

Candidate :

- CA / ICWA/MBA from premier institute with 7-10 years of experience

- Good communication skills

- Business development experience

- Financial Modelling for large Infrastructure Projects.

- Knowledge of Project Financing

Work Experience :

- Should have worked as Financial Expert/PPP Expert/ Senior Team Member and handled Transaction Advisory Services mandates in Infrastructure Sector for a Project size of minimum Rs.100 crore.

- Should have handled a minimum of 5 Projects in the last 10 years.

- Experience in customizing RFQ, RFP and DCA based on Model documents
