Capital Fortunes Private Limited (CFL) is a 20-year-old Hyderabad-based differentiated boutique Investment Bank with capabilities in Fund Raising, Project Financing, M&A, Governance & Reforms and Project Management Service.

CFL is seeking to recruit experienced candidates for its investment banking (debt) division. The position would be based at Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Project evaluation and risk assessment

- Financial modeling and financial analysis

- Preparing information memorandums & investor presentations

- Support in raising debt from Banks/FIs; restructuring of distressed debt/other debt resolution mandates; managing discussions and documentation;

- Support in business development

- Keeping a track of the market and creating in-house know how

Candidate :

- CA / MBA from premier institute with 2-4 years of experience

- Good communication skills

- Good working knowledge of analytical tools. Proficient use of Excel and power point presentation

- Good knowledge of RBI circulars & other regulations pertaining to banks/NBFCs & FIs

- Knowledge of global insolvency frameworks including IBC 2016 & relevant regulations would be an added advantage

Work Experience :

- Candidate should have worked in similar roles in an investment banking firm / project finance team of reputed corporates / corporate finance division of reputed consultant firms or banks.

Importantly, the candidate should have proficiency in the following activities :

- Analyses and finalization of Financial Model, building and maintaining banking relations, basic knowledge of legal documentation,

- Identifying and communicating relevant trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client; exhibiting a good understanding of the client's industry and marketplace

- Involved in raising funds for firms across sectors from PSU and Private Banks, NBFCs and Private Equity investors

- Exposure to advising and representing companies undergoing debt restructuring/resolution at Banks would be an added advantage
