Capital Code - Associate/Sr Associate - Investment Banking & Corporate Finance

Capital Code is one of the leading Investment Bank based out of Mumbai with offices all over India.

- We are urgently looking for Associate /Sr. Associate for our Investment Banking Division at our New Delhi office.

- Candidate must have maximum of two years of hands-on experience with any investment banking firm or financial firm. Fresher candidates can also apply.

Candidate must be an MBA - Finance or CA. Only female candidates need to apply.

Brief JD:

- Candidate will be involved into the execution of the fess mandates of fund raising and M&A transaction.

- Responsibilities involve preparing the financial model, project report and other documents to submit to the investors/Banks. Meeting with institutions and closing the transactions.

- Compensation will be an exciting mix of fixed compensation + incentives (transaction wise) + annual bonus.
