Capital-A - Financial Analyst

Capital A - is a new age, early-stage venture fund based of Bangalore, India. The fund is being led by Ankit Kedia, promoter director of Manjushree Technopack Ltd - one of the world's largest players in the rigid plastic packaging solutions space, which divested controlling stake to Boston-based Advent International in 2018.

We have a deep understanding of B2B space including Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Healthcare, SaaS etc., although we have invested in consumer and tech companies as well. We've built our own fund with no external investors with a corpus of $20 Million, with a ticket size of $50k - 500k in 50 companies over the next 5-7 years.

We are inviting applications for a Financial Analyst who will help the fund to:

a.Scout for deals in various sectors and build relationships with investment bankers and the syndicate ecosystem to enable proprietary deal flow

b.Create investment thesis for the fund in a detailed and descriptive manner

c.Create financial models, simulation and lead recommendations to the Investment committee with facts, data and analytical commentary.

d.Creating fund presentations, reporting, and strengthening funds social media presence, working with the investment team in the entire investment life cycle of sourcing, deal execution, due diligence, portfolio monitoring and management, and exits

e.Support colleagues any other ancillary tasks from time to time.
