Primary Responsibilities:

- To ensure smooth and accurate month end closing and prepare various reports to analyse the financials of the Company

- To prepare the Annual Business Plan after collating all the functional budgets and keeping track of all the actual spend vis a vis the approved budget spends

- To keep control over the signed Capex and Actual Capex spends and highlighting any deviations managing the commercials of the business including revenue invoicing for the company

Reporting:

- To ensure the Monthly Reporting to Parent Company goes on time; reports include Actual performance for the month and variance explanation, maintaining a rolling forecast till the end of the year, Balance Sheet and Cash flow (Cash flow broken down into full details like spend on working Capital and project wise capex spends)

- To prepare various reports to analyse the financials of the Company

- Monthly preparation of the Dashboard with detailed explanation of all variances and the future outlook

Profitability Analysis:

- Preparing and reporting process profitability, analysing the report and trends

- Analysing pricing for unutilised seats and its impact on business.

Managing People:

- To lead, motivate, manage performance, develop and support team to deliver against business objectives

- Ensuring system/procedures are in place to facilitate team in achieving their goals

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 6 to 12 years of experience in the Finance function

Essentials: Office applications, with very high level of expertise in Excel, Knowledge of SAP essential

Desirable: Experience in the Service Industry, Knowledge of Indian business environment

- Devise, implement and advise on the available standards, methods, tools and applications relevant to own specialisation and can make correct choices from alternatives through maximizing utilization, whilst ensuring that resource is not over committed and expectations and requirements of Organisation are met.
