Assistant Manager - Human Resources (HR Business Partner) - Pune

- Candidate with post-graduation qualification in HR, with about 4-6 years experience in HR Business Partnering, employee communications and employee engagement.

- The role would contribute in implementation of the HR strategy for the organization and administration of the HR Policies / Processes in the assigned processes/areas.

- He/she will provide operational support to the Site HRBP Head in design, development and institutionalization of new HR initiatives / plans and ensure smooth roll-out within budgeted costs and agreed timelines.

- Strong demonstrated experience specifically in IT / ITES / BPO industry preferred.
