1. Responsible for fulfilling the tech hiring mandate with minimal dependence of external hiring agencies
2. Be able to partner with the business (Tech teams) to surface the position requirement, and create job descriptions for the role requirements
3. Source relevant profiles from relevant hiring platforms e.g. Linkedin, Github etc
4. Parse specialised skills and qualifications to screen Tech/Product resumes
5. Map, identify and maintain relationships with passive candidates so as to keep them warm for future requirements
6. Work with the Tech team leaders to forecast hiring needs
7. Conduct pre-screening calls to analyse applicant's abilities. Hence be able to interview candidates combining different methods e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions
8. Be able to act as Capillary's ambassador while pitching the organisation to potential candidates
Need someone with 7+ years of recruitment experience working for Tech/ Product Start-ups and/or B2B SaaS companies and who understands the current talent landscape. Headhunting experience will be an added plus for this position.
Base Location: Bangalore.
