1. Responsible for the Special projects / COE function for the People Practice @ Capillary Technologies
2. Work with the senior leadership and the HR head on all critical people projects impacting entire organisation
3. Own the rollout of yearly performance management process which includes tracking and closure of quarterly OKRs, implementing a continuous feedback process and yearly closure of the performance cycle ( including yearly pay-planning)
4. Talent management initiatives - Work closely with the business and HRBP's to formulate talent management initiatives for specific business units
5. Own the Rewards & Recognition platform at Capillary
6. Work towards create a great employee experience through employee engagement activities across multiple Capillary locations, geography specific office celebrations and activities
7. Lead leadership development programs aimed to create Capillary's leaders of tomorrow
8. Learn from best practices and work towards continuous improvement of Capillary's people practices and work culture
Work experience with IT Products / SaaS/E-commerce / HR Consulting companies would be preferred.
