Role Description - HRBP Lead

We are looking for an HRBP Lead to join my team. This is a key HR leadership position with visibility to entire senior leadership in the company.

Location: Bangalore

Some of the key responsibilities for this position are as follows:

- Responsible for leading a 3-4 member HRBP team catering to entire talent management agenda of the company

- Manage international HR operations independently with transactional support from the HR ops team. This involves managing teams across S.E. Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand), China, Middle East (Dubai, Turkey, Saudi Arabia)

- Conceptualise and deliver key people projects in line with the Talent Agenda for the year

- Act as counsellor and coach for the key business leaders across geographies

- Work closely with other support teams to create a seamless employee experience in terms of hygiene HR service offerings

- Institutionalise HR governance mechanisms, implement HR best practices aimed at helping the organization scale in its next phase of growth

- Act as a coach, advisor and mentor for key business leaders in all people decisions

Experience

- 8-10+ years of experience with some experience managing HR for international employees. Experience in handling sales and customer success teams for a B2B firm will be an added advantage. Proven record of driving impact in a high growth company environment.
