Job Description:

Core responsibilities include:

- Plan both short- and long-term to align supply and demand to support inventory needs.

- Project forward-looking inventory positions and financial implications.

- Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders to review purchase forecasts, proposed orders, and other operational issues.

- Creating/managing inventory budgets, ensuring that inventory levels meet demand, and gathering data to prepare trends and forecasting reports.

- Set preferred stock levels and prevent excess inventory.

- Design and create new Processes to help improve the planning functions of supply chain.

- Engage in continuous improvement as it relates to processes and material availability.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or in a similar field

- MBA in Supply Chain/Operations is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in Supply chain planning

- Strong experience with data analysis using MS Excel

- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
