Job Description

To ensure the customer satisfaction thru deliver the consistent quality product by continual upgradation of technologies, process & system.

Key role and responsibilities:

- Verification of incoming Inspection as per incoming Inspection Standard or Control Plan.

- Daily PDI Report Completion & submit to customer.

- Monitoring the Supplier rejection, (Supplier QFR & CAPA Verification)

- Supplier control & supplier upgradation by system & process, product Audit.

- Customer Complaint handling & Corrective Action Implementation for Customer Complaint.

- Quality rating Improvement Analysis & Action Implementation.

- To implement the QMS, System in your Respective Warehouse.

- Conducted the internal Audit as per plan for QMS, in your Respective Warehouse.

- Prepared the internal Audit report & communicate the NC to Concern Dept for Closer Action.

- Customer Dashboard Parameter monitoring & Action Implementation.

- Verification of incoming parts as per R.I std.

- Layered Audit, DCOK Audit, trolley Bin Audit,

- APQP Implementation at Supplier end as well our Warehouse end.

- Knowledge of Core Manual APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.

- Knowledge of 1S0: 9001 2015 & IATF 16949:2016

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or a similar field

- 6-10 Years experience

- Good communication skills
