Job Description:

CapGrid is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager for our Operations team, with a solid background in project planning, and execution. This role is a blend of operations strategy, implementation planning, and program management. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for execution.

Key role and responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic operational programs aimed at enhancing efficiency.

- Strategize and plan new initiatives from inception to completion, such as Increasing SLA adherence

- Identifying organizational structure gaps in operations,

- Establishing a new control function, and

- Initiatives to upscale the operational capability.

- Collaborate closely with the internal team to identify and specify new processes for enhanced visibility and efficiency within the function.

- Act as a critical link between strategic planning and on-the-ground implementation, ensuring seamless execution of operations strategies across the organization.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility

- Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- 4+ years of relevant experience in project planning and execution.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft excel.

- Proven experience in project planning and execution.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable plans.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- A deep understanding of project management skills in improving operational efficiencies.

- Passion for technology with a continuous improvement mindset.
