Transition Manager  Roles and Responsibilities :   - The Global Transition Team requires Transition Solution Analyst, based in Bangalore, India to create a fully functional Transition Solution CoE.  - Transition Solution CoE will support global sales agenda in delivering competitively enhanced and innovatively structured Transition pricing, through consistent rules based approach to Transition and Transformation costing.   This is a full-time position with the key responsibilities being as follows :  - Maintain a central repository of transition costing and pricing benchmarks to support internal review and competitive intelligence   - Continuously improve the tools and processes used to best estimate Transition costs   - Support the move to standardised transition costing against a consistent global approach; and  - Provide regular management information on Transition pricing KPIs  Key Accountabilities :  - Prepare Transition Solution  - Populate the Transition Costing Template  - Get the proposed Transition Solution reviewed with Transition Lead  - Coordinate and amend the Transition Solution  - Submit final proposal / solution / pricing template to Transition Lead  - Liaise with Solution Analyst/Architect and Transition Lead  - Liaising for sign off's on Solution to Transition handover  The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS),Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization  Required Skills :  - Excellent command on English  - Background in BPO or Outsourcing - good understanding of BPO businesses required  - End-to-end thinking and should be able to understand big picture  - Advanced Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook skills   - Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization - Good Negotiation  - Good persuasion skills  - GEM Academy certified with F&A domain knowledge  - Prior experience of Transitions is preferred  Personal Skills :  - Able to organise, prioritise and manage own workload, proactive and strong at self management, able to work under pressure, with minimal supervision and direction  - Able to summarise and analyse complex situations.
