- Provide all the logistic and IT support for smooth execution of trainings.
- Responsible for vendor management, coordination with HRO shared services.
- Organize, administrate and set up training programmes and events as required.
- Arrange, create, produce and distribute training-related material and facilities as required.
- Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment, and instructors
- Evaluate vendors for best fitment in terms of content and cost
- Responsible for smooth coordination and monitoring of SLAs with HRO shared services team
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum experience of 4 years in driving L&D initiatives
- Stakeholder management
