Role : Testing Transformation Consulting Leader

Location : Mumbai

Team Size : 30 to 50

Experience :

- 15+ years experience in testing

- Engineering / MBA degree any specialization in computers is a plus

- Experience in Oracle CRM

Primary Skills (must have) :

- Experience as Transformation Agent / Lead

- Managed / handled large projects & deals

- Technical & Functional SME requirements

- Engagement management

- Project Test Management (Consider each one as individual requirement. Anyone is a Must.. combination is most welcome )

- Test Automation

- Experience in Test Automation not limited to front end UI automation (added advantage)

- Oracle CRM

- Experience in Oracle CRM

- Exposure to Oracle R12

- Test Management

- Experience in project test management

- Experience in handling large projects

- Experience in Transformation

Responsibilities include :

- Driving, managing and facilitating the testing transformation initiatives and strategy across multiple accounts and locations.

- Demand partnering with various stakeholders e.g. Account teams, clients, testing practice for identification of transformation opportunities, provide testing SME knowledge in designing the roadmap and drive the change in line with the overall transformation strategy of Capgemini Testing practice.

- Continuously strive to eliminate waste, improve existing process, customer satisfaction, bring in new technologies, and thought leadership to the engagements.

- Needs to interact with various testing CoE's to ensure all the transformation initiatives are industrialized once the initial pilots are done.

- Transformation lead will operate on Build Operate and Transfer (to Testing CoE) model before moving on to next assignment

- Results based Leadership style skill set with strong impact and influencing skills

- Tenacity and energy in leading change towards an effective work environment.

- Ability to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others, maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical skills

- Proven ability in strategy development, program implementation, team building, mentoring and planning

Deliverables (what does success look like) :

- Handling Project Delivery across different technologies

- Providing SME Support to projects

- Independently Handling Delivery for Large Size testing projects.

- Working with Other Groups like Practices or CoEs for Capability Building in relevant areas
