CSD Solution Architect :

- Total of 12-15 years of experience with 6-7 years of delivery experience and then moved into solutioning role

- Good experience in solid background in shaping AD deal and providing winning solutions

- Should be able to provide innovative spins to the overall AD solutions

- Should have lead large AD Engagements in the past as Engagement Manager / Account Manager

- He/she should be up to date with market trends and solutions for Application Management services

- Should have knowledge of AD differentiators that makes an AD solution a - winning solution-

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

- Should posses strong client facing skills as will have direct interaction with customers

- He/she should be able to contribute and own RFPs, Proposals and Solutions

- Expert on ITIL processes

- Experience on SOA, Data Exchange, Messaging, Workflow and Rules Engine.
