Role Name - Service Delivery Manager - SAP

Experience: 14-18 yrs

Responsibilities -

- Participate in creating proposals, deal reviews and making presentations to the clients

- Delight clients with our delivery and continuous improvements on delivery process, quality and productivity

- Conduct periodic delivery reviews, identify issues and resolve them, advise on risks and suggest corrective actions

- Manage and improve offshore cost of delivery and contribution margins

- Work with onsite delivery executives and transform delivery

- Work with client executives and enhance offshore business

- Manage team of at least 30-50 people across accounts with leads/ PM in each engagement

- Work with the project leads to build capability plans in line with upcoming requirements

- Work closely with customer management to understand the business requirement for the projects, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project; manage all Project Finances, PNL, Cost and Invoices and Benefits.

- Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional teams assigned to the projects

- Maintain good and healthy relations with all internal/ external stakeholders

- Manage visits of the clients to India from reviewing the delivery to showcasing capabilities on prospective areas based on account mining

- Meet existing and new clients and identify opportunities for Rightshore delivery

Skills and Experience -

- Must have managed Large Engagements into Application Management space

- Must be from SAP Background

- Experience of Rightshore delivery model across BUs and geographies

- Should have managed Deals worth: 20-30 Million 3/5 year contracts.

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities in at least one of the core Business Processes(O2C, P2P,F2M, R2R etc) for atleast one Industry Domain (Manufacturing, CPRD, Life Science Utilities etc)

- Sales, Solutioning skills

- Senior Leadership Stakeholder Management

- Good knowledge of Project Management, ITIL and CMMI Level 5 processes

Educational Qualifications

- B Tech / BE

- Related SAP Certifications

- PMP / Prince2 certification would be an advantage
