Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate is required to handle finance and accounting operations for an engagement size of 100FTEs

The Finance and Accounting (F&A) processes includes: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes

Process Delivery: Effectively lead / support Engagement. This may include (but will not be limited to) client interaction, resource planning, leading client workshops as facilitator / SME, Building client relationship and exploring further opportunities for business with the client.

Other responsibilities will include P&L responsibilities and to keep cost within budget.

Business Development: Supports sales pursuits to design transformation plans for existing/ prospective clients, Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Responsible to run error free operations with zero surprises

The candidate is expected to handle teams working in various shifts

Required Skills

Operational experience: At least 12 years of operational delivery experience in F&A processes.

Well versed with F&A Process flows, Best practices, Supporting IT systems functionalities, Service delivery models (staffing, organization/governance structures, pricing), Process controls, Process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operating Level Agreements (OLAs)

Excellent analytical and Technical skills

Good interpersonal skills. It is important that the candidate displays collaboration within / across teams.

Strong executive presence for effective communication with senior client stakeholder. Prior experience of engaging with client CXO level will be good to have.

Ability to deliver effectively in high pressure unstructured project environment.

Strong organizational skills required; including good time management

Willingness to learn, grow and stretch into new roles and different industries.
