Capgemini - Service Delivery Head (Shared Services - Recruitment)  Capgemini HR Outsourcing (HRO) Services, a part of Capgemini Enterprise Services (CES) within BPO, is an internal engagement providing HR support to over 15 geographies across the Group. We are a team of 320+ talented resources based in 7 Delivery Centers in and outside India. Our end-to-end services are fully integrated with the new Global Process Model (GPM), uniquely positioning us to deliver standardized practices, processes, and technology across geographies and business units.  Global Talent Acquisition Center (GTAC) is a service offering within the Talent Acquisition tower of HRO, supporting Capgemini entities globally in the areas of talent sourcing and pre-selection activities. GTAC has gained momentum in 2013 by establishing talent sourcing and recruiting teams across India & Poland and successful delivered pilot projects with Global IS and Apps across Sweden, Germany, Canada and Poland.   The ambition of GTAC is to emerge as the #1 "Recruitment Agency" within the group. We are looking for a Leader who will help us achieve this ambition.  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Responsible for the GTAC service delivery from India (sourcing support to onshore locations)  - Conceptualize, formulate, implement and monitor geography-wise talent sourcing strategies and build pipeline of qualified candidates, as per clients’ needs.  - Interface with clients regarding specific job orders, candidate submittals and other sourcing/ screening/ candidate matters.  - Manage GTAC teams across India locations (all HR related issues, employee motivation, training, performance management, utilization of team members).  - Custodian for job portals for client locations.  - Drive Social Media Recruitment Initiatives  - Recruiter Training and Certification  - MIS Support and Analytics through the Command Centre.  - Penetrating Countries and BU’s/ building capability and presence.  - Keep a hawk-eye view on best talent sourcing practices, new sourcing avenues (job boards, tools and forums) which could improve efficiency and quality of service delivery  Required Skills:  - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience  - Post Graduate preferably.  - Excellent track record in Talent Acquisition ( IT Recruitment)  - Experience in Onshore Hiring /RPO would be an added advantage.  - Exceptional Team Management skills.
