Capgemini Hiring for Spend Analytics - Senior Process Associate and Process Lead
Roles and Responsibilities - Analyze & cleanse data, Facilitate data management in database.
- Aid processing team to in configuration of catalogs by performing quality checks
- Perform vendor validation before configuration of catalogs
- Creation of order-ability report to check status of content creation
- Ability to write excel macros to automate manual tasks
- Perform data extraction, data cleansing, consolidation, enrichment & formatting for seniors.
- Knowledge of ERPs, Spend Analysis
- Work on Excel, Access & Their functions
- Prepare charts and graphs in excel & power point
- Follow instructions as directed by superiors.
- Perform Industry code (UNSPSC, NAICS,SIC) Taxonomy & Classification expense/spend data
- Achieve the given targets on time.
Analyst will do the following :
- Perform data analysis as directed by team lead/ team manager.
- Ability to crunch, manipulate and work with large quantities of data
- Maintain the credibility of all data analysis and processes maintained by the team.
- Common responsibilities include operations analysis, scanning business processes, identifying performance trends, bottlenecks, data analysis, data mining, and preparation of reports in excel and PowerPoint.
- Draw takeaways and actionable insights as appropriate from the analysis.
- Research and enrich existing product offerings
- Work with Engagement teams to mine their account and work out the new analysis that could be provided.
Experience -
- 1-6 Experience in Spend Analysis & Management (Mandatory), catalog management (Preferable)
Primary Skills
- Excel, basic SQL & PowerPoint (Mandatory), MS Access & Jira board (Preferable)
- Team Player, Analytical Skills
- Positive Attitude & Willingness to put that extra effort to exceed expectations
- Fluent English communication skills (Oral, Written and Presentation)
Secondary Skills
- Ability to adapt & work in an unstructured & ambiguous environment
- Good research skills, ability to grasp, analyze/ compare/ contrast large amounts of information
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high-priority requests
