Role description - Able to manage projects and project lifecycle independently - Manage project governance and client stakeholders - Work with internal teams and program manager to recruit project team - Identify conflicts and potential issues and resolve them in collaboration with stakeholders to enable team navigate - Identify the key value proposition and success criteria for the project and guide the project team to achieve project goals - Able to think analytically, resolving issues, demonstrating teamwork and innovation - Monitor performance of project team and individual team members and manage performance reviews - Understand interdependencies and get the work done on a timely manner to enable team to move ahead without any delay - Support scheduling workshops, meetings and facilitate discussions - Prepare project report to review with stakeholders Background/ Experience : - Min 6 years of experience in project management. Experience in working for manufacturing/aerospace clients in preferred - Sound knowledge in supply chain / manufacturing - Experience in project management - Experience in managing complete project lifecycle overseeing project teams, managing stakeholders - Conducted steering committee meetings, monthly/weekly team reviews and performance meetings - Certification in PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master preferred - Functional understanding of core processes like Design & Engineering, Production, Logistics, Sales & Marketing etc. for manufacturing/aerospace sector Education - Engineering from tier-1 or tier-2 school - MBA from good b-school would be an advantage
