- Create and deliver L&D programmes in a defined area of expertise to meet the needs of targeted employee population or business group. Develop, coordinate and deliver workshops, seminars, special events, training materials, job aids, etc.
- Develop training curriculum, instructor manuals, learner guides, and other materials that meet identified learning goals.
- Identify the most appropriate and cost-effective training approach, including selection of training media.
- Researches literature and other materials to include most current practices in the intervention.
- Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery. Plan roll out of programs including timelines, target audience and location
- Develop and facilitate planned programs for organizational change and improvement using action research, organizational development, and quality improvement concepts and methods.
- Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
- Compile tests and other evaluations to be used to measure learning and performance as a result of learning initiatives.
- Conduct TTT for nominated technical trainers
- Plan and manage a budget for program materials used during facilitation.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- SAP certified associate with strong ABAP delivery
- Handled Corporate batches
- Min experience 4 years in delivery
