Reporting & Analytics Lead - 8 to 12 years - Kolkata

We are looking for a reporting and analytics lead to join our team in Kolkata. We are looking for a candidate, who will be managing Global Command Centre for India location. The position is based out Kolkata and candidate is responsible for command centre across all HRO locations in India.

Specification / Skills / Experience

- Ensure the preparation of metrics and reports according to contractual requirements with clients and Capgemini defined business metrics

- Ensure Command Center procedures such as developing FRDs (Functional Requirements Documents)

- Ensure complete visual management in the framework of Command Center

- Responsible for managing a team

- Periodical service review with all stakeholders

- Maintain and update set of pre-defined presentations

- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports

Location: Kolkata

Experience : 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in the area of Reporting & Analytics

Primary Skills (Must have)

- Strong reporting experience using SAP Business Objects

- High analytical, data presentation skills

- Ability to understand objective, apply methodology, and deliver reliable metrics

- Proficiency in MS Office (Visual Basic)

- Able to produce reports of a high quality, create and analyze trends

- Flexibility with an ability to adapt to a changing schedule of tasks

- Should be able to coordinate in complex business environment and delivers under time pressure

- Systematic, well organized, focused on details

- Good communication skills

- HR domain expertise and statistical background would be an advantage

- Team management experience

- Flexibility on shift timing
