PMO for HRO - 8 to 12 years - Bangalore

Job Description :

- Experience of working as PMO or Project Manager. Should have an apt level of professional maturity to deal with leadership and clients, super organized and strong MS powerpoint and Excel skills.

Specification / Skills / Experience:

- Work on strategic priorities and initiatives of the business, work closely with the senior leadership of the business unit (HRO)

- Plan and execute key events like business reviews, budget reviews and leadership workshops

- Support development of the strategic business plan, and enable transformation programs launched within the unit

- Work proactively with the Managers, Finance and HR to support M-reviews, pipeline, recruitment and financial forecasts

- Manage the governance, reporting and tracking cycle for all client and internal calls / meetings

- Support structured planning, organization and implementation of key meetings

- Communicate and coordinate across business areas on behalf of the HRO leader, to drive and implement key initiatives and actions

Location: Bangalore

Experience : 8 to 12 years

Primary Skills (Must have):

Management :

- Strategic thinking, preferably with a good understanding of the BPO services industry

- Ability to quickly grasp business context across areas of strategy, operations, finance, people, delivery and innovation

- Perspective on financial statements, operations and people management

- Capability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

- Strongly attentive to details

- Strong learning curve, high adaptability and a keen sense of urgency

- A robust intellect balanced with emotional maturity

- Should have an project planning experience

Communication:

- Excellent written and oral communication

- Strong collaborative decision making skills, with an ability to work with top leadership

- Comfortable with global interactions, ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations with members within and outside the teams

- Ability to build relationships, utilize informal communication channels, and use them to accomplish goals and objectives

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

- Ability to regulate own behaviour and use emotional intelligence when faced with negative responses or actions, in times of conflict or while under stress

- Highly self-motivated, objective driven and good humoured
