Key Responsibilities
- Play lead role pre-sales/bid team
- Responsible for anchoring entire bid and driving solution, estimation, execution approach aspects of various proposals/RFI/RFP process for BFSI clients worldwide.
- Should be able to own the response and contribute drive the value, differentiators and bring the winning theme.
- Lead Proposal defense
- Manage stakeholders from Delivery, Sales, Practice and Support teams
- Detailed understanding of structures/formats of proposals/RFI/RFPs
- Contribute in various aspects of bid response - delivery approaches, solution, delivery differentiators, commercials
Required Skills:
- Experienced in responding to large deals of 20 mEuro + commercial value
- Good understanding of NA, UK, Europe and APAC markets
- Past experience in development project delivery.
- Should have experience of pre-sales/RFI/RFPs/Solutioning and should have prior pre-sales experience of minimum 2 years
- Strong knowledge of technology stack in Microsoft technologies and aware of technology trends, new things happening in market - ideally a Solution Architect
- Strong experience in Application development & maintenance life cycles like AGILE/SCRUM/RUP/Iterative
- Well aware of estimation models and techniques
- Experienced in delivering Fixed Bid engagements
- Should have experience in project planning, resource ramp-up, scoping, risk mgmt - Strong presentation and communication skills with experience in handling client visits
- Past experience in technology services selling space
- Should be willing to travel across to be part of sales support workshops.
- Strong experience in BFSI vertical - Banking / Capital Markets
