Capgemini - PLM Process Consultant - Digital Engineering

Role: Digital Engineering - PLM Process Consultant

2 to 12 years

- Experience in consulting and / or engineering function in the following areas:

a. Experience in requirement gathering, design, optimization and / or implementation of business processes in product development or R&D for industry

b. Background in analysing as-is Engineering IT systems for modernization and business process improvement

c. Strong functional knowledge of associated modules and workflows of at least one Product Lifecycle Management suite (preferably among Dassault Systemes, PTC, Siemens, Aras, Oracle Agile PLM, SAP PLM platforms)

d. Familiar with process maps and use of tools such as Visio, Blue works or ARIS

- Possesses combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation aspects as well as the talent to think conceptually and analytically

- Developed POCs, and/or contributed in solution development using Digital technologies

- Sector experience in one or more of Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial / Discrete Manufacturing, Consumer Products and Pharmaceuticals

- Ability to structure, analyse and present complex ideas to business leaders and clients

- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and resolving conflict working with multi-cultural / global stakeholders

- An Engineering degree preferably with a MBA
