Expected Credentials :

- Bachelor s Degree, MBA preferred

- Extensive Industry domain expertise (Financial Services, Insurance, CRM)

- 7- 10 years experience in analysis, requirement gathering, design, and development of enterprise application systems.

- BP Modeling/Facilitation experience.

- Competence with agile project methodologies

- Project/Field Experience with Pega

Preferred :

- CMBB training

- DCO training

Functional Qualifications:

Candidate should be able to :

- Provide overall direction, guidance and definition of business architecture to effectively support business strategy

- Design business requirement strategy to ensure the following:

- Completeness of business requirements

- Bidirectional tractability

- Constructs use cases, business rules and process flows to describe business processes and development of precise steps and processing logic across the business architecture design. Identify the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pega system software and DCO capabilities

- Conduct JAD sessions with business users to design wireframes and User Interfaces

- Analyze business data and help formulate reporting strategy. Identify ways to improve business efficiency using Business Activity Monitoring feature provided by Pega System.

Lead and motivate project team.
