Capgemini - Operations Manager - R2R

We are hiring for Operations manager for R2R tower.

Requirement:

Skill - R2R, record to report, general accounting, general ledger, IFRS knowledge, Fixed asset, intercompany, month end closing

Qualification - CA inter , ICWA, MBA, BCOM, CA , MCOM

Experience - 8 to 12 years

Location - Bangalore

Additional Requirement :

- Strong delivery skills especially with complex R2A processes

- IFRS knowledge and understanding of accounting rules in Europe

- Strong People and Project Management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Hands on Work Experience in R2A Processes (General Accounting incl Fixed Assets, Inter-company and Period End Closing and Reporting), knowledge of P2P and O2C will be an added advantage.

- Excellent knowledge of analysis and reconciliation of accounts

- Responsible for profitability of the contract.

- Prior experience of managing 50-70 resources in the area of R2A

- Experience in Continuous Improvement & Process Standardization (Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma)

- Proven delivery experience especially with international customer in BPO F&A assignments
