We are hiring Marketing Technology Manager for Mumbai location.
The incumbent would be responsible for developing, managing and optimizing marketing tools ( SFDC, Pardot) in support of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Define and develop CRM strategies with business unit and group stakeholders
- Application Management: Configure, operate, and integrate a wide range of in-house and third-party applications (including apps such as Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Salesforce.com)
- Database Management: Improve global marketing and targeting capabilities through data set cleansing, standardization and expansion
- Sales Force Optimization: Perform routine sales-force realignments to maximize campaign performance and funnel impact.
- Reporting and Analytics: Manage, measure, and manipulate data to create sales pipeline and activity reports for Marketing & sales leadership team
- Process Improvement and Documentation: Develop and improve processes associated with lead management; establish documentation and build reference collateral for ongoing sales functions
- Technology Selection: Document business requirements and expected outcomes, and map these to appropriate technology through a vendor/solution approval process
Experience - 10 to 15 yrs
Location- Mumbai
Primary Skills:
- 7+ years managing marketing technology including, but not limited to, CRM, marketing automation, content management and marketing resource management applications
- 5+ years of experience designing business processes, creating workflows, and managing technologies to support marketing and business development functions
- Familiarity with the latest marketing technology trends, as well as established marketing/technology best practices
- A well-rounded background that includes marketing planning and strategy; business process design and review; marketing workflows; and behavioral marketing principles
- 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing for large professional services, business process outsourcing, or software as a service firms
- A leadership style that is rooted in ownership, passion, teamwork, innovation, and collaboration
