Job Description:

- Project Coordinator/Event PMO for University Marketing Team: Our University supports Capgemini employees in the development of their competencies and capabilities that are aligned to new client demands and essential to our Group's priorities and performance. The role is that of a Project Coordinator/Event PMO for University Marketing Team.

- This role would sit in the global marketing and communications shared services organization (MCOS). MCOS (Marketing & Communications Offshore Services) is the Group-wide Marketing & Communications shared services organization providing services ranging from design, content and web to account based marketing, pursuit marketing, GTM program management and global campaign support.

Responsibilities:

- The Project Coordinator/Event PMO would help manage and drive the background operations and overall project management for the University Marketing team.

- With visibility to high-level leadership in the marketing and communication community, this role can be a launching pad for the right candidate to a career in marketing and communications within Capgemini.

Responsibilities would include:

- Project Coordination: Work closely with the Branding, Marketing & Communications Director of Capgemini University and the University Marketing & Communications team to design and execute processes, and take care of end to end project coordination & management including regular project status reviews for assigned projects to ensure smooth functioning of the team and on time project delivery. Support and drive marketing initiatives/objectives for Global and targeted internal campaigns for University, New program/Course Launches, Events, etc.

- Reporting: Coordinate with the different members of University Marketing Team and other on-shore /off-shore departments of University (Curriculum Departments, University Operations, B2L, NGL and Event Management Teams) to compile periodic dashboards, trackers, and reports. Update Marketing activity tracker, pipeline, utilization reports on a regular basis. Prepare weekly, monthly, reports as required by the stakeholders.

- Communication: Be responsible for various pieces of communication across the team. Enable team calls and webinars on specific topics. You are expected to be familiar with Group Tool Builders for simple mailer creations (template building using builder tool) or survey building (using the survey builder) and coordinate the distribution with LA team/identified stakeholder to targeted DLs.

- PMO - Events: Deliver events onsite/off-shore from Marketing and Communications perspective; ensuring all deliverables are delivered on time and as per plan in collaboration with the Event Management Team and Event Crew. Take part in weekly prep calls for assigned events and provide regular update and coordination between involved contributors/stakeholders. Be the liaising point between Event Stakeholder/Event Manager/Event Process Facilitator and OU marketing team. Support and drive event report structure post event in collaboration with Event Manager and OU Marketing director, carry out input collection from various identified contributors before handing over the draft to marcom editorial and design team for final proofreading and production.

- Help and manage the online marketing calendar. Help with updates, assist with overall quality control of deliverables, train new users. Establish an efficient offshore-onshore peer model for Global marketing.

Specification/Skills/Experience:

- An understanding of the operations of marketing and marketing communications in large organizations

- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken

- Great time and project management skills

- Confidence to deal with senior leadership; ability to communicate results to management in a fast-paced environment

- Analytical ability and an ability to structure solutions to problems

- Excellent skills in MS Office

- Self-starter; proactive; enthusiastic; driven

- At least 3-4 years experience in a marketing organization or an advertising agency

- Any experience of program managing a communication or marketing program would be good to have.

- Should be very familiar with branding fundamentals and latest trends in new media

- Should have the ability to comprehend complex thoughts and multi-skill projects
