Role Overview: The Supply Planning Manager will lead a team of supply planners &amp; material planners. Oversee daily activities of the team and provide guidance as needed. Balance supply and demand manage teams to execute, production planning, material ordering, and provide leadership, direction, mentoring, accountability, and stability in key supply chain areas. Optimize supply management with plans based on prioritized demands, allocations, and constraints, such as production capacity. General Responsibilities / Accountabilities: - Lead a diverse team of Supply &amp; Material planners/leads &amp; ensure timely availability of materials - Owning key deliverables including Service delivery, CPIs, KPIs &amp; Risk &amp; Reward metrics - Drive measuring, tracking, &amp; reporting of key metrics &amp; identify actions to improve - Responsible for driving continuous improvements &amp; establish strong governance for execution - Establish a high-performance culture via the communication of clear expectations and targets - Develop a proactive collaborative culture between the Team and all other stakeholders - Evaluate performance and competencies of employees within the appraisal framework - Manage talent within your team. Develop their competencies to grow - Collaborate with client, business &amp; technology teams to develop processes, drive business results and automation - Ability to understand and apply new technologies/applications to deliver effective IT solutions Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): - 8 to 12 Years of experience in End-End Planning, S&amp;OP, and inventory management. - Any relevant industry-specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable) Experience Requirements: - Experience in Supply Chain Planning process (Supply Planning, DRP, Capacity Management, Inventory Optimization) - Hands-On experience on Kinaxis Rapid Response / APO / any other Supply Chain Planning tool as a Design SME / Technical Delivery - Good conceptual understanding of drivers of Supply planning KPIs such as OTIF, Fill Rate, Days of Supply, Inventory Turnover, etc. - Planning and managing projects, ensuring completion of assignments within time Personal Characteristics: - Hard Working and Confident - High on Integrity - Willingness to - do what it takes- - Passionate about creating value and impact for the client - A team-oriented and collaborative - Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, throughout all levels Skill and Knowledge Requirements: - Industry knowledge of Manufacturing and FMCG - Hands-on experience in SAP APO planning books &amp; - Strong knowledge of Production Planning &amp; Materials management modules in ERP. - Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills - Comprehensive skills in query/reporting tools, spreadsheet applications, and presentations
