Capgemini - Manager/Senior Manager - New Markets Development - Manufacturing Sector

Role description :

- Act as industry lead and work with global account executives to support Group Accounts growth agenda in Europe

- Advise and support the development of CXO Strategy collaborating with the account executives for key manufacturing accounts in Northern and Central Europe

- Monitor implementation of CXO Strategy in APEX for target accounts and establish targets to track progress

- Assist early-stage deal shaping by providing crucial industry insights such as new trends, best practices, benchmarks, industry use-cases etc.

- Orchestrate the support for domain content-based needs of the target accounts by co-ordinating with Invent & sector COEs

- Create action plan for Sustainability vision and detail out sustainability hotspots and use-cases along the value chain along with regulatory scenario and reporting framework analysis

Background/ Experience

- A minimum of 8 years' experience in position with similar responsibilities in research & consulting domain

- Consulting/research experience in manufacturing sector (must have)

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience of working with global stakeholders
