Capgemini - Manager/Senior Manager - CRM/Sales & Marketing Transformation Consulting

Role Description :

- Work in diverse/international teams for large national and multinational clients in manufacturing sector

- Actively lead the proposals and pursuits in domains such as sales, marketing, and customer service.

- Assist the client's customer facing functions with the transformation of their customer processes and technologies, in domains such as sales, marketing, and customer service.

- Help clients conceptualize and implement innovative solutions in areas such as digital marketing, omnichannel commerce and next generation customer service.

- Support the definition of a CRM vision and roadmap.

- Understand customer's detailed requirements and position the right CRM/Marketing automation platform.

- Take the lead in CRM projects and being involved in all project phases: business analysis, design, implementation, and change management.

Background/ Experience :

- Minimum 7-8 years of consulting experience in designing and implementing sales and marketing transformation solutions for business challenges in a marketing, sales and/or service context in manufacturing sector (Steel/Cement/Chemicals/Industrial Machinery etc.)

- Exposure to sales and marketing tools like Distribution management systems (DMS), CRM Tools (like Salesforce, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, etc.), Retailer ordering apps, Digital merchandising, and Audit tools as RTM solutions to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.

- Experience in customer service improvement, including process (re)engineering for Contact Centre, Retail and Digital channels.

- Able to prepare for and deliver presentations and facilitate workshops with experience doing so to senior level audiences.

- Outstanding communication skills (oral & written), with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of management.

- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology or other relevant fields

- Post-graduate degree in Business
