HRO Service Delivery Manager - 10 to 18 years - Kolkata

Job Description:

- Manage HRO Service Delivery (all towers) on SAP Platform for specific regions for a leading global client of Capgemini

Specification / Skills / Experience

- The candidate will be responsible for managing HRO service delivery for a sub-team within the engagement

- Coordinate transition and set-up planning

- Coordinate Center set-up to facilitate smooth start-up of operations

- Oversee the hiring of resources (Process Operators & Leads)

- Co-ordinate internal training

- Plan and coordinate the training program with customer.

- Responsible for service delivery and managing support KPIs as per the Service Levels outlined in the SLA.

- Management of day-to-day project and service issues - both internally as well as with client.

- Coordinate people management activities such as employment, compensation, benefits, training, and Employee relations.

- Plan and track project activities and provide timely and accurate reports on project status

- Support/maintain issue, risk and change control log

- He/she will also drive specific programs on operational excellence (such as Six Sigma, productivity Improvement etc.) within this engagement

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 10 to 18 years

Primary Skills:

Profile summary:

Candidate with at least 8 years of experience and currently or having worked in an HR BPO environment. Should have experience in the following domains:

- Payroll

- HR Administration

- Compensation and Benefits

- Recruitment

- Learning and Development

Skills and Qualifications:

- Essentially, all the HR BPO activities and experience of SAP-HR platform would be an added advantage

- Must have worked in a BPO for at least 5 years and also have excellent communication skills.

- Must have managed large teams and an idea about how to upscale the HR Operations.

- Excellent Client Management and People Management skills required.

- Flexible, able to work under pressure, determination to succeed, mature approach, keen to learn, etc.

- The candidate must be proficient in Office productivity tools (MS Office)

- Sales knowledge and experience in HR BPO is not mandated but highly preferred.

Competencies:

- Fluent English Communication Skills (Oral, Written & Presentation)

- Ability to quickly digest and compare/contrast large amounts of written material

- Strong self-management skills

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balance project work with high-priority requests

- Should be very strong in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer

Education: MBA/Master/Diploma with specialization in HR

Experience Profile:

- Prior experience in an HRO organization or captive HR Shared services set up for 5-6 years

- Experience of having transitioned HRO processes from client locations to offshore delivery centres

- Team Management experience in a global BPO environment in the capacity of a manager.
