Capgemini - Leadership Role - NetSuite Architect

JD:

- 13+ years of experience and at least 3 years in Netsuite.

- Excellent communication skills

- Solid project management & client facing experience

- Experienced team manager

- Thorough knowledge of NetSuite & related integration technologies.

- Ability to design solution architecture & product selections

- Location - preferably Mumbai

- 13+ years total experience in ERP/CRM (preferably cloud based) space with minimum 3 years on NetSuite and 5+ years on SAAS products.

- Provide leadership, coaching and development of team members, both direct and dotted line -Technical degree (preferable with MBA)

Mandatory

- Strong client-facing skills: business networking, consulting, partnering, and influencing

- 3-5 years hands on experience working with and implementing NetSuite Application.

- Strong verbal and written communication / presentation and demonstration abilities, facilitation, negotiation and expectation management

- Experience with Web Services, APIs, and other integration technologies

- Functional experience in areas like: Suite-Commerce, OpenAir, Manufacturing, CRM, F& A

- Proven experience in project management and delivering complex solutions on time and on budget.

- Should be ready to travel, as needed
