Capgemini India is looking for a leader in IT Infrastructure technologies who can work in a global environment.
Pre-Requisites are as follows :
- Manage Infrastructure operations and Lead a Team of L1/L2 resources.
- Support the leadership in business growth and new areas of engagement
- Operationalise governance plans with the relevant stakeholders/business functions
- Measure and report performance e.g.: Operational KPI, Customer SLA, Utilization, URVE
- Prepare Operational dashboard for Monthly M-Review, quarterly business review, H1 & H2
- Monitor and coordinate all active Transitions and guide them from Operations point of view
- Manage business reviews and executive briefings to present to Tower Leads and Executive sponsors and Right Shoring counter parts
- Program manage workshops and Alliance events
- Manage communications and relationships with global/regional stakeholders - both internal and external channels
- Ensure effective communication to drive knowledge sharing across the community
- Ensure high quality of all deliverables relating to the business area
- Provide innovative solutions to increase business performance
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes / activities within the functional area
- Assess, adopt and institutionalize best practices across the group Required Skills
- Operations management preferably a Team of 50+ resources.
- Good understanding of the New technology areas
- Experience in project management/ project management office is desirable
- Excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities
- Attention to details, proactive, ownership and working independently as an individual contributor
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Good networking and relationship management skills
- Capability to manage dynamic and divergent business requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of IMOC Framework and Unit costing.
- Ability to assimilate large amount of information in a limited time
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
