Job Requirements: - In-Depth understanding of the inventory planning process in Manufacturing / FMCG Industry. - Conceptual knowledge on statistical forecasting models and inventory models. - Good with reporting, generating insights, and present them to client leadership teams. - Hands-on experience in SAP ECC & SAP APO planning books. - Proficient in using the visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and develop dashboards. - Experience in VBA Scripting, R/Python, and SQL. - Experience in leading a team of 3 - 7 members. - Excellent communication skills (oral and written). - Should be ready to relocate to Chennai. - Willing to work night shifts. Educational Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Engineering (IITs, NITs & Tier 1 Engineering Colleges preferred). - MBA in Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics (preferred). - Any relevant industry-specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable).
