Capgemini - Lead - Insurance Analytics

Ideate, Conceptualize Analytical Use cases that can be converted into market relevant solutions in Insurance sector, for P&C, Health and Life aacross the Globe

Provide Solution support on competitive bids involving advanced analytics, big data, including aspects of Consulting in setting up organization, operating models, technology choices and implementation approach

Deliver projects and programs in Advanced Analytics spaces in all constructs - AD / AM / MS

Initiate analytics projects and hand over to the project team and provide support for successful implementations

Mentor, Manage and grow Analytics talent and build analytics competency within Insurance sector

Create thought leadership artifacts, point of view and other collaterals for marketing and sales support.

Skills Required :

Should possess 15 + years of IT Experience Must have 5+ years of experience in doing Advanced analytics solutions using industry leading tools like SAS, SPSS, R, Matlab etc.

Understanding of enterprise data landscape, Business Intelligence architectures (e.g. Big Data, EDW, etc.,) and its relevance in Analytics environment. Must have provided consulting, assessment, solution elaboration to produce solution specifications, recommendations and project scoping documents for Analytics Projects & Programs.

Must possess good Insurance domain knowledge and proven solution development expertise in P&C / Life / Health

Experience on consulting, managing Analytics engagements

Should possess good written and oral communications skills

Must be wiling to travel on short notices
