Experience : 15 + years

Job Description:

- 15+ Years of Experience in IT consulting, with mix of Application Management, Application Development and Migration experience

- Connect with Customer Senior Management to understand their pain points / growth plans and propose Capgemini service offerings

- Should have lead Large (250+) Engagements as Delivery Manager/Account Manager

- Should have managed Application portfolio of diverse technologies

- Java Background will be an added advantage

- Contract Management skills is essential

- Responsible for customer satisfaction and CM Margin

- Accelerate Engagement growth in Revenue and Size

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and Third parties

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

- Direct Interaction with customers

- Responsible for RFP Responses and Price Negotiation

- Account Mining

- Up to date with market trends and solutions in Application Management / Application Development services
