IT Service Management Principal Consultant - 13+ Experience - Mumbai / Bangalore
Job Description:
- Deliver Service Integration (SI) engagements for Clients
- Support SI pursuits and bids, working closely with global teams
- Enhance India capability and contribute actively through development of assets and thought leadership
- Proactively provide visibility of SI capabilities internally and externally
- Share knowledge and ideas in global forums to influence the teams
Required Skills
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering / Technology / Management
- Extensive experience working in an onsite / offshore model
- Strong Service Management knowledge and ability to lead virtual / cross-functional teams
- Understanding of Service Management toolsets such as BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager, Service-now, etc
- Strong communication skills and customer handling skills
- Exposure to multiple, diverse Client environments Additional Requirements
- Willing to travel extensively and work out of India as well as multiple other customer locations – short to medium duration travel
- Must have a valid passport
