The successful candidate must have led the portfolio of Change projects within IT. The successful candidate must have project management background.  Key responsibilities:  - Manage IT projects delivery for offshore.   - To build strong relations with staff within Service Delivery organisation   - To ensure the proper Governance Framework is followed to manage the portfolio of change projects at offshore  - Strong people management - Ensuring there is a strong people focus and manage offshore team  - Manage Attrition within acceptable levels   - Working closely with IT Application leads to plan ahead and deliver projects on time   - Metrics management - To manage IT metrics and volume tracking and reporting as per the contractual framework. Also to work to develop internal quality metrics for offshore service delivery   - To ensure that all assigned change projects are properly planned, organized, directed and monitored to meet agreed timescales within SLA from offshore standpoint   - ODC Governance   - Participate and drive audit related activities to closure  - Plan and focus on skill enhancements for offshore IT team   - Governance trackers, Quality and Reporting   - Develop Service delivery dashboard and other reporting   - Ensure actions from these meetings and tracked to closure   - Volume Tracking and Reporting   - Capture Monthly volume of Incidents, Service inputs and change output units   - Analyse variance and reasons for the same   - Drive internal governance calls  Organisational Relationship:  - Reporting to IT service delivery lead   Technical Experience  - 15+ years relevant IT experience in Change projects. Must come from a Banking Domain experience ; Knowledge of reference data applications is desirable   - 5+ years of project / program management experience   - PMP/ITIL or equivalent qualification.  - Track record of working with Global teams (offshore) of over 50 people in matrix organisation   - Outstanding people management and coaching skills   - Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines   - Good analytical and reasoning skills. Must be commercially astute   - Strong communication (including report-writing) and interpersonal skills   - Must be advance user of Excel/Powerpoint and MSProject.
