As a part of IT delivery team, you will be involved in: - Act as a link between the business and the development team to ensure that the requirements are met and help the larger IT team (cross functional /cross skilled) to deliver solution that works for client - Elicit requirements from varied stakeholder groups. - Own end to end documentation of requirements including version control and required signoff from stakeholder groups. Translate requirements from operations to functional requirements - Analyze and document business requirements in the form of process use cases and deliver input to technical teams - Guide the development team in UAT. Design acceptance criteria Critical success factors for this role: - Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills - Be flexible to relocate across the globe for long term or short-term assignments (both domestic and international travel required) - You need to have a good understanding and experience of working with evaluating needs, visualization and documentation of system support requirements within functional area; such as CRM, P2P,R2R etc - You should also have experience in evaluating solutions, planning and conducting tests. - Candidate should be self-driven, should have good analytical ability and be solution oriented. - Be a good team player and individual contributor (As required) - Additional relevant certification will be an added advantage e.g. CCBA/ ECBA/ CBAP/ CSM/ CSPO/ Prince2 / ITIL - Experience of working agile environment is mandatory The Candidate should be willing to relocate internationally or within India (as per project requirements)
