Insurance Delivery Leader

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage Clients, P&L and large programs

- Mine accounts and drive account growth from India

- Provide direction and mentor teams in alignment with Client, Organizational and Individual career growth expectations

- Initiate and drive Innovation, IP and Capability building

- Actively contribute to Pre-sales and Business Development activities

Required Experience :

- 14 - 18 years of overall experience in :

- Delivery and Client management

- IP creation and Innovation

- Pre-Sales and Business Development

- Consulting Experience in Insurance

- Experience in North America(preferred)/UK/APAC geographies

Primary Skills :

- Excellent communication skills addressing Client Executive and large account teams

- Insurance experience

P&C (preferred) :

Health and Life :

- Guidewire knowledge and experience (good to have)

- Ability to innovate and present new ideas and solutions to broader audience (both internal and external)

- Pre-sales and proposal building experience

Secondary Skills :

- Ability to anchor client visits

- Willingness to travel

Qualifications :

- MBA/PGDM from a Premier B-School (preferred)

- Engineering/Graduation
