Job Description:

We are looking for a HRO Engagement manager who will join our team in Kolkata HRO team.

Specification / Skills / Experience:

Managing Day-to-Day Service Delivery :

- Responsible for building and managing teams in HRO Kolkata

- Accountable for service delivery to the regions and managing the health of the engagements

- Enabling reporting through periodic reviews and documentation management, templates, checklist, etc for Service Delivery

- Partnering with the regions to drive process changes that better meet the needs of the Capgemini Group

- Driving process and technology improvements within the HRO, e.g. implementation of Enate, enhancement of AIMS and other systems

- Managing changes to scope, change control and invoicing together with the onshore counterparts. Driving consistency of processes and best practice sharing within the team

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 10 to 14 years
