HRO Branding & Internal Communication Specialist - 5 to 8 years - Kolkata

Job Description:

- To ensure effective communication internally and to the global clients of Capgemini HRO

Specification / Skills / Experience:

- To work alongside HRO leadership to create and roll-out communication to the employees and global clients of Capgemini HRO

- Communicate effectively using the channels available (Intranet; Messages and Newsletters; Social Media channels - Yammer; Events)

- Cross promote messages across channels to increase impact

- Creating articles, messages, newsletters and other internal communication publications

- Plan and execute internal campaigns to promote HRO initiatives

- Organizing webcasts and other events, if required.

- Build a communication plan and matrix, as per the business requirement

- Track and report all communications on a periodic basis

- To build service catalogues

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Primary Skills (Must have):

- 3 years of relevant experience in the areas of corporate writing and editing

- Extensive experience of creating articles, newsletters and mailers on a range of business topics

- Experience of creating communication plan and matrix

- Very high standards of both spoken and written English

- University degree in marketing, journalism, media studies or related qualification

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Content Management Systems (CMS), image handling software and modern internet browsers

- Flair for writing attention grabbing pieces to engage the reader

- Creativity - the ability to edit and shape executive communications to the speaker's advantage

- A eye for detail and for accuracy, as all publications are highly visible

- A proactive approach, capable of bringing new ideas into the team

- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver under pressure

- A team-spirited, dynamic and flexible individual willing to take on various tasks, large and small

- Ability to respect confidentiality.
